AgentOne of the newest members of the Wallace and Turner team, Andrew started with the agency in 2010. A Wright State University attendee, Andrew is a licensed Property and Casualty agent in multiple states. He specializes in equine, farm, and other agricultural exposures. Andrew works vigorously to make sure his customers receive the utmost in service. Outside of the office, Andrew enjoys spending time with his fiancé along with riding and showing reining horses. Commercial Lines Customer Service RepresentativePart of the Commercial Lines customer service department, Ann joined Wallace & Turner at the start of 2003. A Springfield Northeastern graduate, Ann is licensed in property/ casualty and life/health insurance. With over 16 years of experience, Ann is committed to giving clients the most helpful customer service achievable. Ann has always specialized in Commercial lines. When she isn't serving customers, she enjoys quality time with her husband Ray and her big family (eight children & 28 grandchildren). Her other interest includes exercising, particularly aerobics. Ann goes above and beyond to make certain the customer is receiving the most outstanding experience possible.
Commercial Lines Customer Service RepresentativeChristi has been a part of Wallace and Turner's Commercial lines division since 1995. A Springfield native and resident all of her life, Christi was working part time in insurance before she graduated high school! A graduate of Springfield North in 1977, Christi had 18 years of experience in the business prior to joining W&T in 1995. Christi began her tenure in the commercial lines department. During the course of her insurance career, Christi has achieved the admirable CPCU in 2002. Along with this designation, Christi was classified as a Certified Professional Insurance Woman (CPIW). Christi is a member of both the Insurance Professionals of West Central Ohio and the Miami Valley Chapter of the CPCU. During her free time, she is very involved with the First Christian Church (located in Springfield).

Agent Life and HealthDave has served as a well-known staple in the Wallace & Turner Life and Health Department for the past 16 years. A South Charleston native, Dave has continuously worked in the insurance industry since graduating from Marietta College in 1971. During this time he has achieved CLU, ChFC, and CSA designations. Prior to his days with Wallace & Turner he worked with Aetna Life and Casualty Company and then was a Regional Manager for Time Insurance Company. Along with being involved in Keep Clark County Beautiful, Dave is a member of Covenant Presbyterian church. The father of two grown children, Dave enjoys playing guitar in his (Beatle's tribute) band along with his wife Stephanie of 37 years.
ReceptionistThe friendly voice that you will hear when calling Wallace & Turner belongs to none other than Dorothy Abshear. With more than 27 years of experience working as a receptionist in the insurance industry (eight of those at W&T), there are few situations she has not encountered. A Springfield native and Catholic Central graduate, Dorothy will help you connect with any staff member at W&T. She is happily married to husband Richard, the mother of two grown daughters and grandmother to three treasured grandchildren. Outside of the office she enjoys vacationing, but could never envision living in any other city than Springfield, Ohio.
Administrative AssistantAsk any of the staff at Wallace & Turner and they will tell you that Gail is vital in keeping the Wallace and Turner office running smoothly. A 31 year veteran at W&T, Gail started as a receptionist in 1979. Two years later her duties were expanded and she took the position of Bookkeeper. Gail has held her current position, Administrative Assistant, since 2003. A Dayton native and graduate of Colonel White High School, Gail earned her Certificate in General Insurance in 1993. Moreover, she is recognized as a Certified Professional Insurance Woman (CPIW). During her time away from the office, Gail enjoys playing tennis and spending quality time with her husband of 37 years, Chris. With the help of her untiring work ethic, the W&T office is able to more efficiently serve you, the customer.
AgentJason is a licensed insurance agent and has been a part of the Wallace & Turner team since 2007. Specializing in both Commercial and Personal lines, he will create a policy that fits the customer's individual need. A Sociology major at Wright State University, Jason received his Property and Casualty license in October of 2007. When he is not tirelessly working for his customers, Jason enjoys spending time with his wife, Michelle, who is the Principal of Northridge Middle School. They are the proud parents of two active young boys, Drew and Jackson, who enjoy baseball, basketball, and swimming. Customer Service Individual Life and HealthJudy has been with the agency since 1999. She is an Account Manager who specializes in the sale and service of different types of individual health products. A graduate of Mechanicsburg High School, Judy has over 30 years of experience in the insurance industry. Since obtaining her Life and Health License in 1983 and Property & Casualty License in 1986, she has gained experience on both the company and agency level. She has worked in Life, Health, and Disability as well as Group and Securities. Additionally, Judy spent many years in Personal and Commercial sales and spent time as a customer service representative. Outside of the Wallace & Turner offices, Judy enjoys reading, sewing, movies, and spending time with her dogs. A Springfield resident, Judy is the mother of one son, Chris, and the grandmother of three loved grandchildren.
Receptionist and ProcessingJudy is a multifaceted employee at Wallace & Turner. Not only does she operate the switchboard for the entire office, but is involved with computer information processing. It's easy to see that Judy is a jack of all trades in the W&T office. A New Carlisle native and current resident, Judy graduated from Tecumseh High School in 1972. She furthered her knowledge of computers at Clark State University. Prior to joining the W&T staff in 2000, Judy worked in the Tecumseh School District. Judy has a 26 year old son named Eric, and is a big animal lover. During her leisure time she enjoys a good fiction novel and volunteering at the First United Methodist Church in New Carlisle.
Cincinnati Insurance Policy ProcessorLinda is another long-tenured team member at W&T. With over 25 years of experience she has the ability to process renewals quickly and efficiently. Along with Marci, Linda specializes in handling Cincinnati Insurance. A Springfield native and a graduate of the former North High, Linda uses her extensive insurance knowledge to make your insurance renewal go as smooth as possible. Outside of the office, Linda enjoys spending time with her husband of 42 years, Dan, their son, Matthew and daughter-in-law Kaysi. Personal Customer Service RepresentativeLisa is a valuable member of Personal Lines customer service department. With over 23 years of insurance experience, she is able to quickly and efficiently tend to customer needs. Starting with Hackney Insurance in 1988, Lisa earned her agents license in 1991. After receiving this designation, she began working as a Personal Lines Customer Service Representative. Even after her move to Wallace and Turner in 1995, Lisa continues to thrive in this position today. Lisa cherishes her job and is very personable with customers. Away from the office she is the wife of Ernest and mother of Justin. Additionally, she is the proud grandmother of Lylli. Cincinnati Insurance Policy ProcessorMarcie is an invaluable member of the W&T organization. Marcie began her insurance career 17 years ago with Allstate Insurance (Springfield). In 2002 she made the move to Wallace & Turner and is a major reason for the agency's continued success. A Springfield Northwestern graduate, Marcie had an interesting journey to her current position. After high school she enlisted in the United States Air Force and was stationed in Cape Cod, MA as well as Guam. She left Springfield for 20 years before finally returning (but is happy to be back). She is happily married to her husband Joseph and is the proud mother of three children, 2 step-children. Additionally, she has 11 grand children (which includes one great-grandchild). In the community, Marcie has been involved with area Relay for Life charity events. If you have a change in your insurance coverage/policy Marcie will see the change through.
AgentMatt, who has been with W&T since 2004, has a focus in Property & Casualty Sales arena. Additionally, Matt specializes in Commercial Insurance for recreational activities (for example: Golf courses). Like others in the office, he is a Catholic Central grad and attended both the University of Dayton and Wright State University. Furthering his education, Matt received his agent certification from the Hondros Business College in 2004. Prior to his addition to the W&T team, Matt was the Head Golf Pro at Northwood Hills Country Club from 1998 to 2004. Matt's broad perspective has made him a visible figure in the Springfield community. Not only has he served on the Springfield Arts Council Board, but he is the current President of the United Way of Clark, Champaign, & Madison Counties.
AgentAfter playing baseball for the Wallace & Turner little league team at age 12, it seems Mike was destined to be part of the Agency. After a successful academic and football career at Lenoir-Rhyne University (Hickory NC), Mike returned home to Springfield in 1971. With 40 years of insurance experience, Mike is the longest tenured staff member at the agency. In addition to being a partner at W&T, he is the Chairman of the Board and Treasurer and still serves both Commercial and Personal lines customers. Mike hold's the distinguished CPCU certification. In his personal time he enjoys golf, cycling with his wife Maxine, and following collegiate football (all four of his sons played). In the Springfield community Mike serves on the boards of McKinley Hall and United Senior Services. Mike's personable approach to insurance will NOT go unnoticed by his customers.
Agent Life and HealthMickey joined W&T in 1994 with the merger of The Foster-Miller Insurance Agency. Since that time she has served as the lead of the Life and Employee Benefits Division. An insurance professional since 1974, she received the majority of her extensive insurance designations from The American College (located in Bryn Mawr, Pennsylvania). She is the past President of the Springfield National Association of Insurance and Financial Advisors, a member of the Society of Financial Service Professionals, and an active member of the National Association of Health Underwriters. The mother of three grown children, her other interests include travel (with her husband Jim) to Ireland to experience the homeland of her ancestors. Locally, Mickey is a Board Trustee of the Springfield Foundation, The Women's Partnership Fund, and Catholic Central School.
Personal Lines Customer Service RepresentativeMonica, a Personal Lines Customer Service Representative, has over 26 years of experience in the insurance industry. After taking a leave from the workforce in from 2007 to 2008, the staff was excited to have the 15 year veteran return. Originally from Indianapolis, IN, Monica is a graduate of Springfield Northeastern High School. Monica continued her education at Clark State with computer technology courses. She began work in the industry with another agency and served there until joining W&T in 1994. A year after arriving Monica achieved her agent's license. Apart from her work as a Personal Lines CSR, Monica enjoys following her grandson's baseball team. Monica wants to make your W&T experience as easy and efficient as possible. AgentPatrick is a second generation Wallace & Turner employee following the late John E. Field (father). Using the wisdom passed down from his family, Patrick is a people person that likes to create relationships with his customers. Today, Patrick is a partner at the agency while specializing in both Personal and Commercial forms of insurance. A Springfield Catholic Central and Ohio University graduate, Patrick has over 22 years of insurance experience. Similar to his late father, Patrick is highly involved in the Springfield community. He has served: as past President of Springfield Museum of Art (though he is still on the board), on the Board of the Directors for AVETEC, on the Board of Trustees for Urbana University, as the Chair of Catholic Central's Capital Campaign and Emerald Evening. In addition, he has volunteered for the Springfield United Way for more than 15 years. When Patrick is not in the office or offering his time to different philanthropic organizations, he enjoys spending time with his wife Kit, playing with classic cars, and fishing at Captiva, Florida. Personal Lines Customer Service RepresentativePatti is another long-tenured Wallace & Turner staff member. With over 35 years of experience, there are few situations that Patti has not faced involving insurance. Starting at The Sandy-Wheeler Agency in 1976, Patti came to W&T two years later. She attained her agent's license in 1981 and has been a valued member of our customer service staff ever since. Along with Monica and Lisa, Patti strives to tend to the customer's every need. Born and raised in the Crystal Lakes area, Patti is a Tecumseh High School graduate and still lives in the Springfield area today. She is the mother of three, two of which are married. One of her interests (outside the Kissell Center) include being a part of the Medway VFW Ladies Auxiliary. This organization provides aide to wounded veterans. AgentP.J. is an agent, producer, and partner at Wallace and Turner. In addition to these duties, he is also the Corporate Secretary for the agency. With over 35 years of experience in the insurance industry, rest assured that P.J. has seen it all in this business. He began his insurance career in 1975, working with his father at the Foster-Miller agency. P.J. cherishes the 32 years he was able to work with his father. When Wallace & Turner purchased Foster-Miller in 1995, they also obtained P.J.'s tireless work ethic and personable approach to insurance. Not only does P.J. have his Property and Casualty License, but was an instructor for five years for the (Ohio) Independent Insurance Agents Association. Outside of the office, P.J. is the father of two grown children, Jeff and Beth. He is an animal lover, and has a Humane Society dog named Gidget. In the community, P.J. is Past President and Board Member of Wellspring, Inc, and a past President of Wellspring, Inc. Additionally; he is the current President and Board Member of the Humane Society serving Clark County. Customer Service Group Life and HealthRose works with our benefits department and has been with the Agency for nine years. Her responsibilities at Wallace & Turner include servicing and managing group benefit accounts. A Springfield Shawnee/JVS graduate, Rose furthered her education at Clark State where she took management courses. She then earned her Accident, Health, Life and Ancillaries License from Hondros Business College. Starting in 1981, Rose gained valuable experience while a member of the Metropolitan Insurance Agency. The proud mother of three grown boys (Jeromy, Matt, and Brian), Rose enjoys oil painting, scrapbooking, reading, music and sports. Also an animal lover, Rose volunteers her time at the Animal Welfare League.
